The 2025 Summer Migration is here! This year’s lineup includes a Julia West House property tour, team dinners, outdoor lake adventures to beat the heat, an all-team workshop, a volunteer service activity—and even some well-earned spa time. We can’t wait to come together in Portland for our annual summer celebration.

Monday, August 11
10:00am—Newport Team Arrives
10:30am-11:30pm—Ice Breaker
11:30am-12:30pm—Team Lunch + Announcements
12:30-2:00pm—All-Team Meeting
2:00-4:00pm—Guided Tour: Julia West House + Team Photos
4:00-4:30pm—Hotel Check-in at CASCADA
5:00-6:00pm—Happy Hour + Strolling Buffet at Radio Room
7:00-9:00pm—Spa Time at CASCADA (optional)
As an active construction site, closed-toed shoes + long pants are required on-site for the Julia West House tour.
Tuesday, August 12
7:00-9:00am—Spa Time at CASCADA (optional)
9:00-10:00am—Breakfast at The Abbey
10:00am-12:00pm—All-Team Workshop
12:00-1:00pm—Team Lunch
1:00-5:00pm—Activity Options: River Time at Eric’s or Work Time
5:00-6:00pm—Happy Hour at Eric’s (optional)
6:00-8:00pm—Team Dinner at Eric’s
8:15pm—Shuttles to The Abbey + Hotel
Be sure to bring your bathing suit + change of clothes with you if you plan on attending River Time at Eric’s.
Shuttles from Eric’s house will begin at 8:15pm and end at 10:00pm.
Wednesday, August 13
9:00-9:30am—Hotel Check-Out + Shuttle Pick Up
9:30-10:00am—Grab + Go Breakfast
10:00am-12:30pm—BBQ + Community Event at Patton Home
12:00pm— Newport Team Shuttles to Airport
Be sure to bring your bathing suit + change of clothes with you if you plan on attending River Time at Eric’s.
Shuttles from Eric’s house will begin at 8:15pm and end at 10:00pm.
